Shipping Time

Most sculptures ship within 4–6 weeks. If an item is currently in stock, it may ship sooner, typically within approximately 2 weeks.

Shipping Method

Due to the size and weight of many sculptures, most orders are delivered by truck freight carrier. The freight carrier will typically contact the customer in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.

Free Shipping

When we offer FREE SHIPPING, it applies only to deliveries within the contiguous 48 United States.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, it should be noted with the delivery carrier at the time of receipt and reported to monumentalbronze.com as soon as possible.

Errors

monumentalbronze.com is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

Late Payments

For purchases that are not consumer transactions, monumentalbronze.com reserves the right to charge a late payment penalty of 1% per month on any undisputed overdue amounts, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. An additional late penalty may be applied every 30 days thereafter until the balance is paid.
