Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every bronze piece we place.
Standard (non-commissioned) pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition and prior return authorization has been obtained.
Clients are responsible for original delivery charges and all return shipping costs. All returns must be approved in advance and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipment.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Commissioned & Special Order Pieces
Large-scale, made-to-order, and commissioned works — including pieces exceeding 27″ x 20″ in any direction — are considered special order and are non-returnable once production has begun.
Because these pieces are cast specifically for each client, production timelines typically range from 8–12 weeks or longer depending on scale and finishing requirements.
All commissioned and special order sales are final once casting has been initiated.
Cancellations
Cancellation of a commissioned or special order piece may be considered only prior to production scheduling and at our sole discretion.
If a cancellation is approved after production resources have been allocated, a minimum 20% restocking or administrative fee may apply.
